Notice is hereby given that the Sterling Hills West Metropolitan District (“District”) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the construction of Detention Pond Improvements in City of Aurora, County or Arapahoe, Colorado (“Project”) as outlined in the Sterling Hills West Metropolitan District – Detention Pond Improvement Project: Bid Documents, dated January 10, 2020 which can be obtained by contacting the District’s manager:

Sealed Bids are due by Wednesday, February 5, not later than 5:00 P.M. MT to the District c/o Edward Laves, Colorado District Management and Operations, Ltd. at 14405 W. Colfax Avenue, #112, Golden, CO 80401. Bids not received by 5:00 P.M. MT will not be considered. Bids will not be publicly opened and read.
